David J. Downes - Bachelors degree in Construction Management from Southwest Missouri State University. Dave and his family have been in the construction industry in St. Louis since 1935. Dave is currently Vice President at E&M Plumbing Company, Inc.

Kathleen E. Downes - Bachelors degree in Liberal Arts from Webster University St. Louis Missouri, Master of Science in Corporate & Industrial Communications from Lindenwood University. Project Management Professional Certification 2001.  Kathleen joined both the family plumbing business and the development business in 2003 to assist with overall back office project management,  and accounting & controls.  She assists clients in pre and post design selections.  

Andrew J. Mohrmann - Bachelors degree in Personal Financial Planning from University of Missouri Columbia.  Andrew is a licensed real-estate agent with Prudential Select Real Estate.  Andrew joined the family plumbing and development business in the spring of 2009.  He brings fresh ideas and a strong marketing drive.  He is the sales and marketing director for our EcoWater Systems Product Line.
